    We advertise our cell phone numbers and will take your call whenever possible. If you cannot reach us on the cell, you can leave a message or call the office number. If you don't reach us on the cell and the call is urgent, call the office and they will make sure to reach us immediately.

  2. What is your service rate?

    Our service rates are listed under products and services. We strive to keep our service rates as low as possible. Their has been no change in our service rates for 11 years. We take pride in repairing your equipment in the shortest time possible to help keep the bottom line reasonable.

  3. Why do your labor rates vary depending on the equipment serviced?

    We have dealerships with many manufactures. To provide you with the highest quality of service and maintain our status with the manufacture, we attend many weeks of technical training. Also, the testing and diagnostic equipment required to properly care for your equipment varies depending on the machine. Because of our commitment in these areas, we can diagnose and repair your equipment much quicker and effectively.
